There was a time when having your own website was optional. That time has passed. Renters are looking for more information and photos than an one page listing can offer.
In our experience, while having listings on advertising sites is no doubt useful and even necessary, owners really also need their own website to highlight their property properly and answer renter's frequently asked questions in advance. We have found that often when renters' questions are not answered on the website, they just "guess" the answer and continue on to the next listing that does have the information they are looking for. Or, you get the same e-mail request, over and over, such as cancellation policies, or more photos.
Could you try to develop your own site? Sure, but unless you have a lot of time to spare to learn the programs well, it will look homemade, which is often not much better than no website at all.

We have several professionally designed template designs to choose from, which if would work for you, we can do a 3 page site for as low as $250, or an 8-9 page site for only $500. The photos and colors would be custom to your preferences.
If you want to design it from scratch...
Packages start as low as $500 for a custom basic 3 page site, with an average size site of 8 pages for about $900,
and a larger 15 page site for about $1,400.
I know you think you may not need 8 pages of information, but really you'd be surprised how fast you find 8 pages filling up.

After your website is up and running, we will also mail you a complete copy of your site on CD, so that you have a copy for your files in case you should ever want to take over the maintenance or hosting yourself.
