The Executive Villa is detached and bright because, it has a window or two in every room. It is fully air conditioned has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is available for rent. The house is furnished with high quality furniture. Professionally decorated by the owners in Tropical and Disney settings. There are 2 dining rooms, and 2 family rooms that are decorated in Tropical themes. There is a large cable TV, VCR and Stereo CD player. Patio doors lead from the family room straight to the covered lanai and the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There's an unforgettable Skylight in the kitchen. During the day-light gaze at the reflected rays throughout the area. On a clear night just before retiring for the night, look up thru the Skylight and Count the Stars. There is a separate and complete Laundry room provided. The Master bedroom (Poolside), is decorated in a Tropical theme and has a Queen size bed, large walk-in wardrobe, cable TV, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom, a HUGE roundish garden tub (regular type). The resting seat inside the tub bearing resemblance to of all things a bottom!. There is a separate glass enclosed shower, 2 sinks in vanity cabinets, pocket doors and a separate toilet area. There are Large mirrors, pictures on the walls and a door that leads to the pool area. Second bedroom has twin beds that are decorated in a Tropical theme with
matching ceiling fan. The house sleeps 8 and is ideal for a large family or two families to share (4 Adults and 4 Children). There is a private Super Sized South facing Solar Heated, Lighted Pool. At night you can swim in the dark or sit on the deck and admire the shades of aqua water in the lighted pool which is, 30'x16' and screened in, that's built into extra decking. While in the pool look out over the woodlands and the lake to the rear, it offers an unspoiled, beautiful and mesmerizing view. The property is enclosed on both sides with fences that have flowering vines and plants all around, for your privacy. If you are not going out on a particular evening why not spend it outdoors on the deck. Tip : Start just before sunset and watch the sun going down into
the lake and nature reserve. Smell the Jasmine vines (fragrant white
flowers, when in bloom). Tip : Better check your watch at 9 P.M.. Then suddenly BoooooooM BoooooooM BoooooooM, echos of repetition, it's the sounds of fireworks all coming from, no other than, "Disney World." Most Importantly! Our Management Company is actually based on the site of the division. So, that you can be in your villa in minutes rather than driving around to collect or return keys, etc.. The Management company is on call 24 hrs. Management gives priority to emergencies. I make myself available as much as possible for my guests to call me if they have any questions. Policies : Check in after 4 P.M.. Guests must vacate before 10:30 A.M. day of departure. Cancellations made prior to 30 days of reservations date will be refunded. No refund will be made if cancelled within 14 days of rental date. Airport: Orlando International and Sanford Airports. Distance : 45-50 Minutes by car. Activities and Attractions Universal Studio-30 min. Sea World-20 min. Disney World 10 Minutes Away!!! Lots of other attractions along the way to Disney. Super WAL*MART 5 MINUTES AWAY! Over 25 Golf courses near by. There are many stores at the main entrance of the development for example, Pizza shop (they deliver), air Salon, Dentist, Post Office (State Of The Art), Winn Dixie Supermarket ( I have a tip I will share with you at a later time), and a Gas Station just to name a few. O-Site Amenities TV in the Master pool side Bedroom, with cable. Books and Hair Dryer in the house. SUPER SIZED SOLAR heated pool. Air Hockey game, Foosball and Darts in adequately lighted and adequately carpeted GAME AREA. Management provides a gas BBQ on REQUEST for only $35 for the entire
week. Also baby furniture available to rent. |
