Our one bedroom Park Model is located at: "Venture Out At Gatlinburg". A gated RV resort just 15 miles E. of Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

We are 2800 feet up in the Great Smokie Mountains. The location is on HWY 321, approximately 15 miles W. of Newport, 20 miles SE of Pigeon Forge, and 25 miles SE of Sevierville.

We have recently remodeled, painted the inside, upgraded the living room, replaced the roof, and made many other improvements.

The park is a Gated, Quiet, Friendly place to visit and includes a large Recreation room, heated pool, shuffle board & basketball courts, pool table, horse shoe pits, and various exercise equipment.

All of the feel of a cabin in the mountains at a fraction of the cost!
