accessible by car or boat!
With the Auburn Waterway in the backyard, this property offers the boating or fishing enthusiast access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. Shopping, banking, medical facilities and restaurants are just a short drive away. Charlotte Town Centre, the largest indoor mall in Southwest Florida is 5 minutes by car. Charlotte Harbor Beach, just a 10 minute drive features a fishing pier, pool, boat ramp and the lovely Harbor Beach. The pristine blue crystal clear gulf beaches of Englewood and
Manasota Key can be reached in 20-30 minutes, respectively. An
