Our Luxury five-bedroom/2.5 bath, fully air-conditioned villa is located in the peaceful setting of Clear Creek at Woodridge.

It's just off Highway 27 and is very close to Highway 192 with all its restaurants, shops, and attractions. Walt Disney world is just a 10 minute drive away.

At the entrance to Woodridge on Highway 27 is convenient shopping with a Winn Dixie food store, a bank, a pizza delivery, post office, and other amenities. Wal-Mart store has recently opened only a few minutes drive away.

This non-smoking villa is maintained to a high standard. The large family room/dining area features a tiled floor and patio doors leading to the covered lanai and 30x18 pool. Patio furniture with sun loungers are provided on the pool decking. Optional pool heating is available on request.

The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom and there are two double bedrooms, one twin room and one with bunk beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom/shower. There is also a half-bath (toilet/washbasin)
 
The pool area is fully enclosed for you privacy and the double garage has been converted into a games room with a quality slate pool table, a foosball table and an electronic dart board. Additional amenities include five TVs, cable, a DVD player, VCR, and stereo system.

The villa is managed locally by Denise Carr who is available 24/7 to ensure that your vacation is a memorable one. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay.

* Discounts available for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
* A non-refundable deposit of $150/£100 per week is required at the time of booking Balance to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of vacation.
* A security deposit of $250/£150 to be paid with the balance to cover cost of any damage. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your vacation ending.
* Credit cards accepted.
