The condo features an eat-in kitchen, dining area, laundry, spacious living room and screened lanai. The large master suite opens to the lanai and has 2 closets and a divided bath. Guest bedroom also has an ensuite bath.

The condo was renovated a year ago with Mexican tile, fresh paint and tasteful decorating.

A community heated pool at the back just steps away and also a small lake. A shopping center with restaurant, deli, bank, dry cleaners, hairdresser, travel agency is just across the street.

Surrounded by lovely walking paths, lakes, golf course and just a short drive to downtown Sarasota attractions and gorgeous beaches. Pack your bags!
